During our Christmas vacation, we stayed in a hotel that offered great amenities such as complimentary breakfast and a comfortable stay. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and provided easy access to popular attractions. we loved that the hotel had a rooftop dining area, which had stunning views of the surrounding area.
The hotel had some downsides as well. the room we stayed in was quite small and the bathroom was cramped.

Help by front desk for various needs - rebooking, currency exchange, internet excess.
Lack of international calls from the rooms. Also no internet workstation in the lobby. For a 4 star hotel this is a must.

The shower design and the bathroom were very upscale
My room smelled like an ashtray and the noise of the highway was very loud all night. Also, I had no hot water for my shower when I arrived at night (although the morning was just ok)

The hotel offers a great value for the price, with clean and spacious rooms. Located in a bustling area, it’s easy to find transportation and explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out processes quick and easy. the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which is a nice added touch.
There were some maintenance issues that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the street noise was quite loud.

The hotel is clean and the personnal is friendly. Own hotel taxi driver is available against money to show you some places of Delhi. (4 or 8 hour tour).
The Hotel is direct located on a very loud street. We could not sleep the whole 3 nights, because of the traffic noice.

It is also near the main road, providing easy access to transportation. the rooms are well-illuminated and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast options are satisfactory and there are prompt room service options available. the hotel also offers a rooftop dining area with a picturesque view.
The cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved.
